Recently, I found Soundhound–a free music and song identification app which is now part of my essential music listening arsenal. Soundhound has two options: the first is a voice recognition platform that listens to a short clip of sound and identifies it for you instantly. The second gives you detailed information on who sings the track along with related lyrics, biographies, tour dates, videos, and much more. I currently use the second option the most, though.
